Bit of a test submission here. Usually when I upload, I get a pixellated mess, so here's hoping it uploads correctly.
YOU MIGHT WANT YOUR DESKTOP ON FULL BRIGHTNESS
I always draw on full brightness and I get the background is very dark. You should be able to see the blue around his neck.
Ah I hate putting a sig at the bottom of my art. It ruins it, but I really should because it's mine and all that. I don't know... Just don't nick it, eh?
The background is subject to change to be honest. This is getting to the point where it's making my laptop run slow because I haven't had the chance to have the extra RAM I bought installed and there's some serious banding issues which I can't seem to resolve at all. The jacket wasn't really finished and I intended to go back to some things but I tend to work on the basis of 'work until I get bored' and I got bored.
But yes. First completed digital painting in ages. First completed portrait in even longer.
Going to try a few things. My next portrait may be a touch more stylised but then again... this was supposed to be when I first started it!
